Sicily and particurarly Siracusa are lucky to have a mild climate for almost the whole year. Thanks to this, you can have a beautiful vacation full of culture, sun and also sport. In every season it is possible to play sports and couple it with a guided visit. Matching your tour with funny sport will make your vacation even more enjoyable and amusing.
Siracusa Tour Bike
It is a wonderful idea for small groups and families travelling with their kids. Why coupling a guided tour with a tour bike? Simply because you can appreciate faster the history, the monuments and the landscape of the city. Why doing it with me and not alone? Nothing easier to tell! Because I can show you which way to take, where to go and most of all what to know you.
If you don’t have your bikes with you, no problem! Siracusa is full of places where you can rent them. If you are looking for a suggestion, I could recommend you Siracusa Tour Bike. Francesco, the owner, offers to you the chance to rent electric bikes, as well. I tried them and I guarantee they are fabulous!
An interesting bike tour, two/three hours long, might be visiting Ortigia, the Siracuse old town, rich of monuments ranging from the Greek age to the baroque one, and the cycle lane which runs along the seaside. You will be charmed by the breathtaking views, the flavors and colors of the sea and landscape.
Siracusa Nordic Walking Tour
What is Nordic Walking? It is a new sport that is performed using special sticks, similar to those used in the cross country skiing. Compared to traditional walking, Nordic Walking involves all the body muscles and requires a bigger energy consumption. Putting together Nordic Walking and guided visit lasting one hour in the beautiful island of Ortigia you can reach two aims at once: you can practice sport and at the same time have an unusual visit in the ancient town. I take care of the cultural part while master Marco Tassanelli takes care of the sport one, bringing with him the sticks that all of us will use.
Nordic walking tour, one/two hours long. The visit starts at Temple of Apollo and ends at Marina, one of the favorite places of Siracuse inhabitants. At the Marina Cafè, in front of the Big Port, you might have a break and stop for a aperitif or a healthy drink.
Siracusa Segway Tour
This tour is aimed mostly for segway lovers. Along the tour you have whispers so that you can listen to my voice and, at the same time, admire the narrow streets of the old town. We’ll visit all together some of most beautiful locations in Ortigia, like Duomo Square, the spring of Arethusa and the Temple of Apollo. We can even go visiting the cathedral inside or Santa Lucia alla badia Church, leaving our segway outside the monuments.
Regarding the time table, costs and other useful informations, please visit Segway Tour Siracusa. I cooperate only with them.
